These chicory cubes are roasted at the temp ranging from 100-145⁰C for the duration of 1.30 hours. Further, these chicory cubes are extensively used for the preparation of different beverages. Highly appreciated and in demand for their purity, hygiene nature, long shelf life and exotic taste, these Roasted Chicory Cubes are packed hygienically to maintain their original properties.

• Other chicory products: Roasted chicory pieces, dried chicory pieces, liquid chicory, instant chicory powder, chicory grain.The roasted Chicory cubes is passed from 18mm and  retain on 2mm wire mesh. Above 18mm would be 5% and below 2mm size would be 5%.
• Average 18mm to 2mm size is 90%.
• Moisture percentage by weight maximum is 4%
• Total ash percentage maximum of 8-5%. Minimum extractability is 73-75%.
